Professional Experience

Katrina has a background in:

• professional speaking

• business and educational consulting, including managing her own business called Learn Right

Recently, she was invited to join a business motivational speaking team. As a gifted story teller and high energy speaker, she offers practical tools on how to be successful and motivated in life - living a life that is dreamed about and absolutely possible.

Over the last decade she has worked in the education field as a behavioral specialist and counselor. She has also written and been the lead trainer for a specialized accelerated learning program, Learn Right, which has been implemented in Australia and America.

Prior to this, she worked for a business consulting company which specializes in coaching CEOs and has worked at management level in the retail industry. As a business consultant she specifically worked with adults using a psychological assessment tool called MAPP (Motivational Appraisal of Personal Potential).

Research

Katrina has spent over fifteen years researching and studying human behavior and the many factors that motivate human beings both personally and in business. She has studied under and been trained by Dr. Stephanie Burns, a renowned world expert in the field of adult learning and the role of emotions in learning and motivation.

Having traveled to various parts of the world Katrina has studied different theories and has found that there are key strategies which determine personal and business success. Katrina has a deep understanding of what successfully works in a training environment and the many needs for the audience to feel comfortable to learn.
